Accommodating parties of up to 35

· $25/hr rental fee (for space and private bartender)

· $500 minimum tab for 20 guests or under, no minimum if over 20 guests.

· If paying with one credit card for the entire tab we add an automatic 20% gratuity. Guests may pay with their own tabs.

No minors.

· No outside food/alcohol allowed. Cake, desserts are allowed.

· Decorations are permitted, but must be approved by owners. No glitter, confetti or any decor on the walls is allowed. Any decor left at the end of your private event will be subject to a $25 clean-up fee.
